This petition has been filed to seek permission of this court to take substituted service by way of paper publication to complete the service against the respondents.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

3. Accordingly the petitioner is permitted to take substituted service in one Tamil Daily Dinamalar, having circulation over the revenue districts of Erode and Namakkal, returnable by 24.10.2019.
