ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On a perusal of the petition, we are not satisfied with the bonafides of the petitioner and are of the view that possibly the petitioner has been set up to file the public interest litigation. The petitioner claims to be a daily wage labourer and his representation sent to the concerned authorities is written in English and signed in English. The affidavit filed states that the contents of the same have been read over in Tamil and understood by him.
2. In so far as the grievance made against respondent No.6 is concerned, the learned counsel states that the school is only giving training to the students and there is a platform for the said purpose. If there are any irregularities in the same, it will be for the authorities to take action.
3. The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid observation. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.36350 of 2016 is also dismissed.
