In the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, it has been stated that the 5th item of the schedule mentioned properties was sold on 29.12.2011, which is prior to the filing of the application in the year 2013. Mr.S.Sadasharam, learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 4 would state that till the disposal of the above original petition, other properties would not be alienated by the respondents.

3. The undertaking of the learned learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 3 is recorded and this original application is closed.
