ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Despite the orders passed by this Court on earlier occasions, no material document has been filed, but a map is placed before the Court without supported by any affidavit.
2. In any case, even according to the petitioner, he has no locus to challenge installation of solar project on those lands which are purchased by the 7th respondent.
3. Now, the only issue is whether the proposal to exchange certain Government lands with patta lands is required to be interfered with.
4. From what is stated in para 9 of the counter-affidavit, which has been filed by the State, it is clear that Gram Panchayat's recommendation has been forwarded and pending. The competent authority is yet to take a decision in the matter to accept or not to accept the proposal of exchange of land.
5. The petition, at this stage, therefore, is premature. In case, any such consent is granted and the proposal is accepted towards exchange of land, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the same by taking recourse to remedy as may be available under the law.
Petition is dismissed at this stage with such liberty. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim application stands closed.
