The Writ Petition is filed, seeking to issue a Writ of mandamus, directing the Respondent to Register the sale deeds pertaining to the land in S.No. 590 and S.No.591 in Patta No.536 Korattur Village, Ambattur Taluk, submitted by the petitioner without reference to the order Na Ka No.1412/2015/A2 passed by RDO Ambattur.

In view of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.36797/2016 dated 27.02.2017, setting aside the impugned order of the 1st respondent therein dated 08.09.2016, no direction as sought for by the petitioner could be given in the present Writ Petition.
