This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore to complete the trial in M.C.No.225 of 2023 within a time frame as fixed by this Court by allowing this Criminal Original Petition.

2. Considering the innocuous prayer that is made, this petition is ordered at the admission stage itself without notice to the respondent.

3. M.C.No.225 of 2023 is pending from the year 2023 and as such, it would be in the interest of both sides that a direction be given to the learned Principal Family Court, Coimbatore to complete the trial and pass orders thereon as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than a period of six months from the date of receipt of a web-copy of this order without waiting for a certified copy of this order.
