This application has been filed to permit the applicants to amend the name of the first respondent as "SOL India Private Limited" instead of "SICGILSOL India Private Limited" in the long and short cause title of the above Arb OP.(Com.Div) No.81 of 2021. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the applicants have specified Mr.V.N.Vijaykumar, as the Authorised Signatory of the first respondent Company. The learned counsel filed an affidavit on behalf of the first respondent Company stating that Mr.S.V.Venkatesan is the Authorised Signatory of the first respondent Company as per Board Resolution dated 19.10.2020 in respect of the proceedings in Arb O.P (Com.Div)No. 81 of 2021 before this Court.

Therefore, it has been stated that Mr.V.N.Vijaykumar has been replaced with Mr.S.V.Venkatesan, to represent the first respondent.
