ORDER

By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus, directing the first Respondent to reinstate him into service as Accountant in the third respondent Co-operative Society within the time to be stipulated by this

Court by considering and passing orders on the Revision Petition dated 18.3.2015 preferred by him.

3. Though the petitioner has sought for a positive direction to direct the first respondent to re-instate him into service as Accountant in the third respondent society, at the time of arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has preferred a revision petition dated 18.3.2015 before the first respondent as against the order passed by the third respondent and it would be suffice, if a direction is given to the first respondent to dispose of the said revision petition within a stipulated time. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I am of the opinion, it is not necessary for this Court to deal with the entire averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition.

4. Accordingly, without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the revision petition dated 18.3.2015 preferred by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, by giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
