C.M.P.No.22725 of 2023 and SA.SR.No.123531 of 2023 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 165 days in preferring the above second appeal S.A.SR.No.123531 of 2023.

2. Heard Mr.T.Thiyagarajan, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.A.Muthukumar, learned counsel for the third respondent. There is no serious objection raised from the side of the respondents in allowing this petition.

3. Considering the reasons that have been set out for the delay and finding the same to be sufficient cause, this petition is allowed and the delay of 165 days in preferring the above second appeal S.A.SR.No.123531 of 2023 is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
