Decree:- This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal, the Judgment and Decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First instance and the material papers in the suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.Joseph Stalin for Mr.V.Raghavachari, Advocate for the Appellant, and of Mr.S.Parthasarathy, Senior Advocate, Assisted by Mr.M.R.Kuyilan, Advocate for the First Respondent and Respondents 2 to 5 neither appeared in person nor through their Counsel, this Court doth order and decree as follows:- i) that the Judgment and Decrees dated 01.08.2017 made in A.S.No.16 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District Judge at Krishnagiri be and hereby is confirmed and the Second Appeal dismissed and;

ii) that there be no order as to costs in this Second Appeal.
