These petitions are filed (i) to condone the delay of 7 days in filing the petition to set-aside the order of abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant (ii) to set-aside the order of the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant (iii) to bring on record the legal heir of the deceased sole appellant in the above Second Appeal.
2. Mr.Thankasivam, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents did not raise any serious objection in allowing the petitions.
3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed.
4. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in S.A.No.343 of 2018 and list the same for final hearing after three weeks. 13.02.2025 vum R. HEMALATHA, J.
