CMP Nos.22506, 22507 & 22508 of 2023 in A.S.No.218 of 2017 & CMP.Nos.22524, 22551 & 22554 of 2023 in A.S.No.217 of 2017 have been

filed by the petitioners i)to condone the delay of 1748 & 1749 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole respondent viz.,Natesan; ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole respondent viz.,Natesan and iii) to bring the respondents 1 to 5 on record as respondents 2 to 6 in the appeal suits as the legal representatives of the deceased Sole Respondent viz., Natesan.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Notice to the respondents in all these CMPs have been duly served and their names have also been printed in the cause list today.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these CMPs are allowed as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and list the main Appeals immediately.
