ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent to provide appointment to the petitioner either for the post of Junior Cooperative Auditor or any non interview post according to petitioner's mark in the Direct Recruitment of CSSE-I from the year 20112012 to 2012-2013 under SC (W) PSTM Quota. 2.The petitioner participated in the process of selection conducted for the post of CSSE-I for the year 2011-12 and 2012-13 vide advertisement dated 13.06.2012. The petitioner has stated that she was not considered for selection without any valid reasons. However, the learned counsel for the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner was not within the zone of consideration. The petitioner had scored 186 marks and seven phases of counselings were conducted for the selected candidates. The last candidate selected under SC (Women) PSTM Category scored 2/4

196.5 marks, which is the last cut of mark on completion of seventh round of counseling and the petitioner scored 186 marks and thus, she was not within the zone of consideration. This being the factum, the petitioner is not entitled for the relief as such sought for.

3.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No Costs.
