Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Fourth Respondent to visit the Petitioner's plant and vehicle situated at Athanur Village, Vikavandi Taluk, Villupuram District and issue a quality certificate in favour of the Petitioner to participate online tender will be held on 09.10.2019 and consider the Petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2019.

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Fourth Respondent to visit the Petitioner's plant and vehicle situated at Athanur Village, Vikravandi Taluk, Villupuram District and issue a quality certificate in favour of the Petitioner to participate online tender which will be held on 09.10.2019 based on the Petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2019.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the quality certificate has been issued by the Fourth Respondent to the Petitioner on 06.10.2019 and he has produced a copy of the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement acknowledging its receipt. Nothing survives for further consideration in the matter.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
