O R D E R

The petitioners have filed this petition to direct the learned VII Additional City Civil Judge, Chennai to expedite trial and to fix a time frame for the disposal of the above said original suit in O.S.No.9562 of 2010 pending before the learned VII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. 1\4

2. Heard, Mr.G.Mutharasu, learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the revision petitioners submitted that the petitioners have filed a suit for partition in the year 2010, for more than 12 years the case is pending. Now, she is aged about 60 years as a Senior Citizen, hence she needs for speedy disposal.

4. As per the E-Court status the trial had begun in the year 2010. The matter is pending at the stage of evidence, for the last four months. Already the case is pending for 10 years, therefore, without giving further adjournment, the learned trial Judge is directed to proceed the matter as per manner known to law and dispose of the case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
