Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is extracted hereunder: 2/4
"withdraw with liberty to file a protest petition immediately and also to file a appeal before the statutory Authority " 2.Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a Protest Petition before the impleading respondent / The Sub-Registrar, AnnuSub Registrar Office, Coimbatore District. If any such Protest Petition is received, the Sub-Registrar, Annu Sub Registrar Office shall consider the same in the manner known to law. No Costs.
