S.Vijayalakshmi, v. The Principal Secretary To
W.M.P.No.30672 of 2024 W.M.P.No.30672 of 2024 in W.P.No.5912 of 2011 MUMMINENI SUDHEER KUMAR,J.
The main writ petition was dismissed for default against the respondent No.3 for want of service of notice, and failure of the learned counsel for the petitioner to furnish correct address of the respondent No.3. 2.
However, this application is filed seeking restoration of writ petition as against the respondent No.3, once again without furnishing the complete description and address of the respondent No.3. The Registry itself should not have numbered the petition without furnishing of complete address of the respondent No.3, to enable the service of notice on respondent No.3. 3.
Inspite of the matter being adjourned on couple of occasions, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to furnish the correct address of the respondent No.3. Hence, the question of considering this application does not arise.
4.
Accordingly, this application is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to file appropriate application after ascertaining the correct address of the respondent No.3.
