The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider her representation dated 27.08.2024 seeking issuance of computerised patta in respect of the house site admeasuring an extent of 3 cents comprised in Survey No.1038/2, situated in Chennathur (N) (Alasanatham) Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

It is the case of the petitioner that the above mentioned property was assigned to her by 3rd respondent under Assignment Order dated 26.03.2012 and the petitioner has been in possession and enjoyment of the same till date. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 27.08.2024 to the respondents seeking issuance of online patta in respect of the above mentioned land, the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 2/5

Mr.S.J.Sathik Mohamed, learned Government Advocate, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 27.08.2024 will be considered by the 3rd respondent on its own merits, after ascertaining the genuineness of the assignment order issued in favour of the petitioner.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 27.08.2024 and pass final orders on its own merit and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
