This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in paragraph 7(b) of the order dated 05.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12449 of 2024.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
