THE HONOURABLE DR.JUSTICE G.JAYACHANDRAN W.P.No.28948 of 2019 and W.M.P.Nos.28696, 228699 & 28701 of 2019 1.G.Ravanan 2.C.Sankar .. O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The petitioner herein has participated in the proceedings initiated by the 1st respondent on the application for allotment of a plot. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of conducting the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

interview of the allotment committee till date they have not intimated about the allotment as per the SIPCOT land allotment procedure. The allotment committee has to consider the application and decide on allotment of plot subject to availability. Such allotment should be intimated to the selected applicants within two days from the date of allotment and the other participants whose applications have been rejected should also be informed through SMS and e-mail.

3. In this case, admittedly, so far the allotment committee has not taken any decision. While so, the prayer in the writ petition seeking Mandamus to consider the petitioner's application and consequently allot plot No.C-1 in SIPCOT Information Technology Park, Siruseri ad measuring 1.30 acres is not only pre matured but also an attempt to substitute the discretion of the respondents with the judicial order.

4. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
