The petitioner in both the petitions are A3 and A2 in Crime No.32 of 2023, registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 22(c), 25 & 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985. They had been remanded to judicial custody on 04.03.2023.

2. It is stated that on information, the respondent had recovered a car wherein, A1 and A2 were in possession of LSD Stamps of commercial quantity of 100 each and thereafter, from A3 and A4, who were in bike, they had recovered a further 50 LSD Stamps each.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that the quantity of LSD Stamps seized was commercial in nature, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in both the petitions. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions stand dismissed.
