2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and for the respondents. The learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 4 has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 722 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.SR.No.159441 of 2019 is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.D.Ravichandran, learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 4 when the matter is listed for admission.
