Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records from the respondent bank in pursuance of the impugned possession notice dated 07.10.2022 issued by the respondent bank and quash the same and consequently, directing the respondent bank not to take coercive action against petitioners (agricultural property) schedule mentioned property.
