[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner is the mother of the detenu, Prabha @ Prabhakaran, S/o.Muthugopal, Hindu, aged 23 years, who has been branded as 'Goonda' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in C.M.P.No.33/Goonda/Salem City/2019 dated 18.09.2019. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the son of the petitioner in BCDFGISSSV No.595 of 2019 dated 14.09.2019 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.4922, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 29.11.2019 and produced a copy of the said order.

3. In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
