[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner is the mother of the detenu, Mathi @ Mathiyazhagan, male, aged 30 years, S/o.Senguttuvan, who has been branded as 'Goonda' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in BCDFGISSSV No.584 of 2019 dated 12.09.2019. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the petitioner's son in BCDFGISSSV No.584 of 2019 dated 12.09.2019 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.4340, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 30.10.2019 and produced a copy of the said order.

In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
