Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to conduct a proper enquiry under Section 36 of the Tamil Nadu Societies Act, 1975 into the affairs of the said Society based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 30.06.2022.

This writ petition has been filed directing the first respondent to conduct a proper enquiry under Section 36 of the Tamil Nadu Societies Act, 1975 into the affairs of the said Society based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 30.06.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
