ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the first respondent to produce the detenue Nathiya Rajesh, wife of Rajesh, before this Court who has been illegally detained by the second respondent and to set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. We do not find any illegal detention involved in this case as the petitioner has left the matrimonial home on her own. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to keep this petition pending any longer and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
