Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 21 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 316(2), 318(2), 351(2), & 85 of BNS (Sections 294(b), 406, 417, 506(1) & 498(A) of IPC) and Section 4 of DP Act, the present petition has been filed by the 1/6

petitioners seeking anticipatory bail.

2.Earlier this Court dismissed the Crl.O.P.No. 20842 of 2025, dated 18.08.2025 which was filed by the petitioners for the very same offences and the same was dismissed and suppressing the same, the petitioners filed the present petition seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- [Rupees Five Thousand Only] to the District Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
