This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24838 of 2022 dated 14.10.2022, passed by this Court that the petitioner shall stay at Tindivanam and report before the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Tindivanam daily at 10.30.a.m., and 05.30.p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24838 of 2022 dated 14.10.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
