3. Both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Taxes) are directed to produce the GST-2A of the petitioner for the year 2021. In the mean time, the learned Government Advocate (Taxes) is directed to orally instruct the respondent not to initiate the recovery proceedings.
