ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2022.

2. None appeared for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner had filed representation requesting the 2nd respondent to retrieve all the articles and money from the 1st respondent and hand over to petitioner as per the orders passed by the Honble District Magistrate cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Neyveli in DVC No. 1 of 2021 order dated on 22.02.2022 and the said representation will be disposed of by the 2nd respondent within a period of 8 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.08.2022 and dispose of the same, on merits and in

accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
