This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10589 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.13352 of 2021 on 20.10.2021 to appear before the respondent police on every Monday 10.30 a.m., till the filing of charge sheet.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Magalir Neethi Mandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Erode on the 1st working day of December, 2022 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Judge.
