Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to refund the amount deducted from the salaries of the Petitioners, towards the Contributory Pension Scheme, during their temporary bond service in the 6th to 12th Respondent Government Colleges and Hospitals along with interest at the rate fixed by the Government, within a time limit stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus, seeking a direction against the respondents to refund the amount deducted from the salaries of the Petitioners, towards the Contributory Pension Scheme, during their temporary bond service in the 6th to 12th Respondent Government Colleges and Hospitals along with interest.
2. It is unfortunate that the petitioners have been compelled to file this Writ Petition, seeking refund of the amounts that were deducted from their salaries.
3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents requests twelve (12) weeks time to refund the amount.
4. A direction is given to the respondents to refund the amount to the petitioners within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the respondents shall be liable to pay interest at the rate of 18% per annum, calculated from the date on which the bond period concluded until the date of actual disbursement.
