This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that under the pretext of enquiry, the respondent police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that on the complaint given by one Maheswari, current paper enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.2858 of 2022.

In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to complete C.S.R. enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
