This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Vellore in Crime No.229 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Arakkonam Police Station, Ranipet District.

2. Having satisfied with the reason stated in the petition, two weeks time is extended from the date of receipt of copy of this order, for the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20839 of 2022 dated 02.09.2022.
