This petition is filed to implead the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein as the 2nd and 3rd respondents in the above Crl.O.P.No.21034 of 2025 on the file of this Court.

2.Considering the nature of the prayer in Crl.O.P.No.21034 of 2025, this Court is of the view that, proposed 2nd and 3rd respondents are the necessary parties for effective adjudication of Crl.O.P.No.21034 of 2025. Therefore, this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to implead the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein as the 2nd and 3rd respondents in Crl.O.P.No.21034 of 2025.
