This petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent police to file final report in Cr.No.296 of 2023.

When the matter is called for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police would submit that in this case investigation completed and charge sheet also filed through e-filing and the case was also taken on file in S.T.C.No.701 of 2024 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvetriyur.
