This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the printed copy of the fair and decreetal order passed R.C.O.P.No.659 of 2015 dated 08.08.2019 on the file of the XVI Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that the Revision Petitioner applied for printed copies of the said fair and decreetal order, but so far the same was not made ready. Hence, they are not in possession of certified copy of the order and they may be permitted to produce xerox copy of order. Accordingly, he filed the present petition praying to dispense with the production of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
