This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.03.2022.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint on 23.03.2022 alleging job racketing and on which no fruitful action has been taken by the respondents. 4.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner an enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R.No.230 of 2022 and closed by advising the petitioner to give the complaint to the jurisdictional police station, namely Virudhachalam police station. 2/4

It seems that the petitioner is not aware of the closure report and hence, the second respondent police shall serve a copy of the closure report on the petitioner within a period of one week. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint to the jurisdictional police station, namely Virudhachalam police station. On such complaint being filed by the petitioner, the Inspector of Police, Virudhachalam Police Station, shall take appropriate action and do the needful in accordance with law.

With these observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
