The petitioner has filed this petition for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd Respondents to dispose off petitioner representation dated 26.07.2017 2.On an earlier two occasions, when the matter was taken on 04.11.2022 and 09.11.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the case was again directed to be listed on 11.11.2022 under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Accordingly, this case was listed today under the caption 'For dismissal'.

3. Even today (11.11.2022), when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through counsel.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
