(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The Revenue Divisional Officer, in terms of his direction dated 29.02.2016 called upon the Tahsildar, Thiruporur, to look into the complaint of the petitioner regarding encroachment of Government poramboke land in S.No.1120/13, Poondi Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Agramanam, in terms of G.O. (Ms.) No.540, Revenue Department, dated 04.12.2014.

2.Since this is one more case of a G.O. not being complied with, we call upon the respondent authorities to act in terms of the G.O. and to submit an explanation to this Court as to why the G.O. was not acted upon and as to the action taken against any officer, who is responsible for not complying with the G.O. 3.Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. 4.List for compliance on 03.02.2017.
