(2D) No.178, Housing and Urban Development Na.Va.4(1) Department, issued by the first respondent and consequentially the orders in ROC No.5970/2014/LPA-1 dated 9.12.2015 issued by the second respondent herein and quash the same and direct the second respondent herein to refrain from granting any approval or planning permission, for laying out the above said lands situated at Survey nos.317/1, 317/2, 318 measuring 6.31 acres in Thondamuthur Village and Survey Nos.578/1A, 578/1B1, 579/1A1, 579/1A2A, 580/1A1, 580/1A2A, 581/1A, 582/1A measuring 5.12 acres in Thennamanallur Village, totally 11.43 acres, as was sought for by the fourth respondent.

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner seeks to raise environmental issues and thus, we are of the view that he has to approach the National Green Tribunal.
2.Writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.36498 to 36500 of 2016 stand dismissed.
