C.M.P.No.21455 of 2022 in C.R.P.No.1447 of 2020 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN.J, This petition to bring on record the proposed petitioner viz., Tmt R.Kanmani, Wife of Ramesh Kumar aged about 43 years residing at Sengazipudur Thotta Salai, A.K.Pudhur Village Mazara, Madathukulam Taluk, Tiruppur District, as legal heir of the deceased petitioner Tmt T.Vasuki and implead her as 2nd petitioner in the above C.R.P., is allowed.

2. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and list the C.R.P. on 04.01.2023.
