By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to issue patta in respect of land measuring 1314 Sq.ft., comprised in Block No.27, Old S.No.384/2, T.S.No.86/1, situated at Korattur Ward and Village, Ambattur Town and Taluk, Chennai District, by considering her online application dated 12.08.2022.

3. The petitioner herein claims right over the above mentioned property under registered Settlement Deed dated 07.10.2014 executed by her brother P.Balashanmugam alias P.Balu. She has submitted an online application before the respondents on 12.08.2024 seeking change of patta and the same has not been considered till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the online application of 2/5

the petitioner dated 12.08.2024 will be considered by the 1st respondent on its own merits and in accordance with law, within the time fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 12.08.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
