This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.34227 of 2019 on 20.12.2019 to report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Alandur at 10.30 a.m., on the first Monday of every English calendar month.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Special Court for Land Grabbing cases, Cuddalore on the 1st working day of December, 2022 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned trial Judge.
