(Order of the Court made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) This matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned', at the instance of the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner pointed out that in the last line of paragraph 4 of the order dated 31.10.2019 passed by this Court in the above Writ Petition, it is wrongly worded that the re-location of the Unit can be done only with the permission of this Court. According to the learned counsel, re-location of the Unit can be done only with the permission of the Respondents.

3. As a mistake has crept in, the last line of paragraph 4 of the order dated 31.10.2019, is substituted with the following: "4.

... It is made clear that re-location of the Unit can be done only after getting consent orders from the Respondents."

Except the above modification, remaining portion of the order dated 31.10.2019 stands unaltered. Registry is directed to carry out the said correction in the order dated 31.10.2019 and issue a fresh copy of the order to the parties.
