This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14406 of in Crl.O.P.No.14342 of 2022 on 16.09.2022 to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions and there are 20 previous cases pending against him.

3. Considering the previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
