2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the support of impleading petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.

5. Both counsel for the appellant and respondent submitted that the matter has been amicably settled among the parties. Post this case on 11.09.2025 under the caption "for recording compromise".
