ORDER

Challenging the impugned order dated 20.08.2024 passed by learned Special Court for trial of cases registered under SC/ST (POA) Act, (Sessions Judge), Namakkal, the petitioner preferred this Criminal Revision Case.

2. The learned counsel for petitioner would submit that as on date, the petitioner was discharged himself from the proceedings under Sec.302 I.P.C. and still he is having valid defence.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that now the trial was begun.

3. Considering his submissions, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise all his defence before the trial court. The trial court is also directed to expedite the trial and dispose the case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
