ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue direction to the respondent No.1 to provide escort enabling the petitioner's husband Somu alias Somasundaram, Son of Subramani, Ct No.571 now confined in Central Prison I, Puzhal, Chennai 600 006, to avail three days leave already granted by respondent No.2 to him.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to provide escort to her husband, now confined in Central Prison I, Puzhal, Chennai 600 006, to avail of three days leave already granted by 2nd respondent to him.

3. However, now almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
